SEM images show ultra-thin MXene nanosheets (thickness <100nm) assembled into a flower-like structure on the substrate, indicating its successful electrochemical etching. After ultrasonic assisted liquid stripping and purification, the MXene nanosheets were separated from the compact layered MXene with a transverse size >3μm and a thickness of about 5-80 nm, and assembled into a flower-like structure.
