Product Specification:

Yttria ceramics, ceramics with yttrium oxide as the main crystalline phase. It belongs to the cubic crystal system. The melting point is 2430ºC, the density is 5.7 g/cm 3, the electrical insulation is good, the transmittance is good, the transmittance can reach more than 80% in the far infrared band.

Dense yttrium oxide ceramics are usually prepared with high purity yttrium oxide (content greater than or equal to 99.99%) as the raw material, after forming in a very high temperature in reducing atmosphere or vacuum conditions sintering. It can be used to make crucible, window of infrared missile, fairing, radome, scintillation detection materials, microwave equipment substrate, insulating bracket, infrared generator shell, infrared lens and high temperature window, etc
