Product Information

Product name: mxene modified conductive flexible printed circuit with high conductivity and good adhesion

Concentration: 25mg/ml

Product features: good printability, electrical conductivity, high hardness and strong adhesion. This kind of product has good bending resistance, low modulus, good property and excellent solvent resistance. Good adhesion to PET, PI, ITO substrate and FR substrate.

Typical applications: film switch, keyboard, remote control, flexible printed circuit and FPC and other electronic circuit printing, micro super capacitor.


Instructions for use:

1, applicable substrate: PET, PC, ITO, etc.

2, stirring: must be fully stirred for 5 to 10 minutes before use.

3, dilute release: special diluent, add the proportion does not exceed 3% of the total weight.

4, recommended process:

Printing thickness: wet film: 20μm; Dry film: 4-7μm;

Silk mesh: 250-300 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing;

Scraper: polyurethane or solvent resistant material;

Equipment: semi-automatic printing machine;

Curing conditions: Oven: 130℃×20 min IR oven: 135℃×10 min (can be adjusted according to customer requirements)

Cleaning agent: acetone or diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate.


Because the process is significantly affected by the environment, screen printing is recommended to be divided and used up within 8 hours. The installation of a protective cover can reduce the volatilization of product components and block the dust particles in the air to ensure quality.
