Product Description
The TBL-500 liquid chip enables high-resolution in situ synchrotron radiation and SEM liquid (compatible scanning transmission mode) observation. In the middle of the liquid chip, there is a large vacuum resistant silicon nitride film observation window of 400 x 800 x 1um, and the left and right sides of the chip have a liquid drop feeding port and a negative pressure liquid suction port.
In situ experiment, the liquid to be measured is first dropped into the liquid drip port, and the supporting negative pressure device is used to suck the liquid to be measured into the liquid chamber through the negative pressure, and then the two liquid drip adding Windows are sealed with epoxy resin. In-situ liquid observation can be carried out after the glue is solidified. The TBL-500 can be used for:
Liquid environment sample observation and analysis with equipment such as synchrotron radiation, SEM and Raman; In situ chemical reaction observation, crystal growth and corrosion in situ study; And observation of biological samples such as living bacteria and cells in a liquid environment.
